They replaced a knock sensor for me, I’m not sure if that is covered under one of the options above. I did already have the party but I missed my first scheduled appointment and they were really nice about rescheduling and got be back in as quickly as possible. (It was Thanksgiving week but it just took a few days.) I had heard that the labor for replacing that part would be pretty high and the first place I called quoted me a price of $350. There was a misunderstanding originally about what they were replacing and they thought it was an oxygen sensor and had told me it would me about $115. When we realized it was the wrong repair, I thought the price would go up dramatically but even though it took them several hours of work, they only charged me $200. They checked with me first before starting to make sure the price was okay with me. They were very friendly and helpful. They kept free snacks in their waiting area for customers which I thought was nice and something you don’t typically see. Overall, I had a very good experience with them and my car drives great now.
