Excellent service and experience. I was referred to them by Discount Tire in Farragut, who I trust completely. I called at 9 am to see if I could get an oil change. They said they could take me in at 10 am and that it would take 45 mins. I arrived 10 mins early and there was no wait, plus the gentleman at the counter was polite and friendly. They seemed to take my vehicle right back. At less than 30 mins they were done and I was on my way. They even told me that my car did not require any other repairs at this time, which is very refreshing because Firestone normally tries to sell you on a bunch of stuff you don't need. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

Today's visit at Honest 1 was great! I was treated courteously and found the staff to be competent and thorough in their work. Details about the work done on my car were shared with me in a timely manner. The owners are delightful and obviously want their customers to have a positive experience.

Best deal around for getting your oil changed. It's easy-- just make an appointment, it must be between 7-9am to get the Early Bird Discount!

We were traveling and far away from home when our vehicle started having break issues. I called and they got us in quickly. Excellent customer service! Took great care of us and was fast and efficient! I couldn’t have asked for better service!

My daughter's car broke down on the way home. She found your place and they did an over the top job taking care of her figuring out what was needed in being fair about it. It's very difficult to trust mechanics for me and I could tell you that I was blown away by mJ and Ken and how they took care of my daughter. My first time there and I highly recommend this place. Eric was great, customer service is awesome !My AC unit stopped completely and they were able to get the blower working again. I was told if this happens again would need to replace blower motor and resistor. I asked if I should go ahead and replace and was told No, right now it’s working so wouldn’t replace. I have been to shops that will take every opportunity to charge and add on so I was amazed when I was only charged for oil change and no labor for all the time spent finding the problem.. Thank you Eric and the team at Honest 1 Auto.

Thanks for all of the help! Brought my car in because it kept dying on me! They got me in contact with a cheap tow service and told me to bring it on in. They were able to check it out, last minute and then fix the problem. Thankfully it was just a dead battery!! Everyone was really nice and helpful!!
