After having my car for almost 2 weeks and being told exactly what problems the car was having they still could not manage to get the work done. I dropped my car off on Oct 21 stating that the battery was dead and it was leaking coolant. Almost 2 weeks later I received a call stating my car was ready to pick up. Up until this point I had no interaction with the store even though they said they would call me when they knew what was wrong. I was concerned about the cost of the repairs since they didn’t contact me at all, but the repair man, Russell, told me all I needed was a new batter and everything else was good to go. I picked up my car, being charged $188 to replace the battery, I drove the car 1.2 miles to my house but the car overheated and started smoking before I could even make it a mile. Once the car had cooled down I looked under the hood and there was zero coolant on the tank and it was very obvious that they hadn’t even looked at the radiator or the coolant hoses. They had the car for 2 weeks, were told exactly what the issue was, and they still couldn’t manage to complete the work. Take your vehicle anywhere else. The only good part of this was I only paid $188 plus the cost to get it towed there. Also, they didn’t wear masks when inside the waiting room but they did leave a used mask in my car. Thanks for that.
