I had excellent service with great hospitality!

I was mailed a discount flyer. I was unhappy with other company I was going to on Kingston Pike in Knoxville, TN. I called Honest 1 to see if they could fix my AC on my car. They said they could. I came in and they looked at it. They told me I had two bolts missing on my transmission bracket. They said they could fix but did I have someone working on it before. I said yes. I called them up and went over to them to fix it. In two days I went back over to Honest 1 and they fixed the AC at the price quoted. I will be going back in a week or so to get my oil changed. Very nice people and very good work. Their names says it all. You should check them out on Campbell Station Rd.

Since I am a female I always dread going to repair shops because I never know if I am being taken advantage of just because I am a woman. I had a retired mechanic friend of mine tell me what I needed to fix my car's rough idling .....a new pcv valve...whatever that is. He told me if it they tried to sell me anything else to fix that problem to walk away. I also needed and oil change and tire rotation which they had good pricing on those services. They did the oil change and rotation and told me that all I needed was the pcv valve for the rough idle......they didn't try to take advantage and sell me anything else. That fixed the problem. Also, from a woman's perspective....the place is VERY clean and comfortable and the staff couldn't have been more accommodating. They made getting my car repaired a very nice experience.

I had several bids for brake work and they had the one of the best quotes so I thought I would give the a try since they are a new business. What a pleasant place for repair work. Very professional and friendly staff. I have a background in auto parts and they use top quality parts, not like most repair shops. They did a total safety check on my vehicle, which I always appreciate. They took the time to explain every thing that may need attention soon or down the road a bit. They explained these items very clearly and in detail....most shops just run down a checklist and don't really take that much time to make sure you really understand. However, they used no scare tactics and there was no issue with high pressure sales. They won me over and I will continue to give them my business...great job guys!!

The huge picture window that allows you to see your car while it is being serviced is perfect! This proves they are "honest" about services performed. The staff is professional, competent and kind. The best auto service I have ever experienced.

The place was nice, friendly and clean. There was no pressure to buy anything and the prices are fair. I recommend it highly to everyone.

I stopped in for a basic oil change at Honest-1. This place is a surprise- it's clean, the staff is very educated, and there wasn't any "pressure" to buy additional services. In fact, they advised me of time tables to handle various issues. I'll come back here when my brakes need new pads in 2-3 months.
